Please respect quiet neighborhood. No noises from 9pm to 8am.
✨ No loud party/music allowed.
✨No excessive drinking, no smoking indoors, no weed and illegal activities.
✨ Please do not go in the backyard after 9- Going in the backyard at night can be dangerous and we are not responsible for any injuries that happens.
✨No parties- Parties are not allowed. This is a vacation house and should only be booked for trips and vacations. I must inform you that you may not play music in the backyard after 8pm. You also can not stay in the back yard after 9 pm. We have had an incident where a guest was partying and was playing music in the backyard pass 9 o’clock, this lead to the neighbors calling the police. So please do not play loud music in the backyard. Also please check in with the right amount of people you booked for. For every unannounced extra person you have to pay $100.
✨Cameras- Cameras are placed outside the house for security purposes.
✨ Security Deposit - If you damaged the house, you may be charged up to $800. If you bother our neighbors and they called us and complained, we will keep the deposit.

As described in the pictures, there are two properties on the premise: the big house in the front and small house in the back. This house is the small house in the back, but it has its own entrance and backyard, plus there is a fence that separated two houses.
PLEASE BE NOTICED THAT WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN YOUR PARTY, CONTACT VRBO TO CANCEL RESERVATION AND CALL 911 TO ASKED YOU TO LEAVE. Our neighbors are mainly retired senior, so we have no other choice but to maintain quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much for your understanding!
