Whatever type of vacation you are looking for, be it a family trip, group of friends, girls or guys only trip, this immaculate town home is for you. The property is gated and tightly secured, clean, and full of amenities such as a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean, a marina restaurant and bar, tennis courts, playground, fitness center, recreational rentals and more. You can come here for weeks on end and never need to leave for fun!
Sea Esta is beautifully appointed, with breezy, bright and beachy décor. Three floors tall with sweeping ocean views at every floor, a fully stocked kitchen, closets stocked with games for both adults and kids, spacious closets and room to spread out throughout the whole house. The patios are vast with comfortable seating for reading with your morning coffee or having a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
The bottom floor hosts a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, oven, flat glass 5-burner stove, double sink, glassware, cookware and view of the open living/dining area. A 8-seat dining table (which can be extended to add additional seating) is the focal point of the room, competing greatly with the floor to ceiling glass doors that lead outside to the back patio encompassing a dining table and small couch. Beyond the beach patio are comfortable beach lounge chairs, a grill, an umbrella, and a shower should you ever decide to come inside - a shower to wash all the sand from your feet. There is also a bathroom, very comfortable over sized couch, large screen TV including cable.
The second floor is home to the large master bedroom with comfortable king bed, dresser and two nightstands, full bathroom with shower, and white curtains framing the full glass doors that open to a private patio. The best part of this room is "The Cloud"... a magnificent chair that makes you feel like you are floating over the ocean while you view the amazing Bohemian horizon from an areal perspective.
Across from the master is a guest room with queen bed, full bathroom including a tub. This room is bright with coral and teal décor, providing more than enough space for an individual traveler to spoil themselves by spreading out, small family to sleep (pack n play crib will fit next to the bed), or multiple adults to share. This room also has a large flat screen TV including cable.
On the top floor, there is a loft space with an extra queen bed, met by a full guest room containing a bathroom and shower, two queen trundle beds that open with twin beds underneath, two dressers and large screen flat TV, and yet another double glass door that opens to a rooftop view of the gorgeous ocean directly behind the house.
The town home provides cable, beach toys, plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, a cold bottle of bubbly for your welcome treat, a private jet ski for additional fees and waiver. Leave your shoes at the door, don't plan to wear them until you're ready to walk back out to the airport. Should you wear more than your bathing suit and need to do laundry, there is a full washer and dryer provided. All you need for fun is your bathing suit and sun block!
Sea Esta is a short 30-minute drive from Nassau's international airport, 10 minutes from Atlantis/Downtown Nassau, and 10 minutes from a grocery store. Transportation arrangements to/and from any location can be provided at additional fees.
