•All bookings are for entire house
•All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay.
•Christmas check in no later than 23rd December, with a minimum 3-night stay.
•Check in /Check out strictly: 2pm and 10am respectively (unless agreed otherwise).
•Cleaning services: For stays of 7nights+, extra cleaning service available for additional cost.
•Beds: All bedrooms are furnished on the assumption of 2 persons. Please book the correct number of people to ensure access to correct number of bedrooms required.e.g. 4 persons for 2 bedrooms etc
•Bathrooms: Main bedroom has an ensuite (shower and toilet only). Main bathroom has a deep bathtub allowing to soak yourself whilst taking in the bush view. Then there is a powder room just off the lounge (toilet only).
•Lounge Room: Comfy lounge that can seat at least 6 people comfortably, allowing views of the bush, TV, and fireplace.
•Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen. There is also a sandwich press and Nespresso Inissia coffee machine. So, bring along your favourite toastie fillings and coffee pods.
•Dining: Internal dining comfortably seats up to 8 people. There is also an alfresco picnic table that can comfortably seat 6 people as well as additional bespoke outdoor seating area.
•Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, Iron, and Ironing Board.
•Heating/Cooling: Split air-conditioning allowing you control the airflow into each room. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms during winter.
•Pets: No
•Parking: Off street parking for 2-4 cars.
•Indoor Activities: Smart TV able to stream the main services including Netflix, Amazon etc. There are also Board games, puzzles, books, playing cards.
