Lakeside Harmony is going to be your new favorite hang out on Lake Martin! This new construction home has two porches to enjoy while you sip your lemonade and take in the water view. The community pond that is adjacent to this property is fully stocked with fish and maintained by Southeastern Ponds so make sure you bring your bait and pole! The boat launch is right across the street and you have access to a boat slip and community dock with a fire pit area. And that's just the outside! Inside, you will find a beautiful rustic modern cabin feel to this home with a spacious kitchen and living area. There is sleeping space for 6 people with Smart TVs in each bedroom as well as dining for 6. There is a charcoal grill located on the rear patio to whip up a great steak or burger. If you don't feel like cooking during your stay, hit up Kowaliga, SpringHouse, or The Landing at Parker Creek. Once you book, you'll be hooked and will want to spend all of your time here at Lakeside Harmony!
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
