THE SPACE
The guest suite is above the garage, has a separate entrance, and has no connection to the main house. You will have your own undisturbed space.
You will be the only guests on the property.
There are outside steps with 2 flight of stairs to enter the suite (See photos).
WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP.
There is a cozy bedroom with a queen bed (bed #1) with a skylight right above it. The bed has a new memory foam mattress and a soft topper for extra comfort. There is a closet and room for crib and/or luggage in the bedroom.
Living room area includes a fold out couch/futon (bed#2) that can accommodate a shorter adult or a child (up to 5'10''), and a high end Twin size inflatable mattress. Mattress toppers are available for both of these beds. We provide sheets, comforters and 2 pillows for every guests. There are additional blankets available.
Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with shower. We provide a towel set for each guests, as well as many complimentary toiletries.
The living room area includes a kitchenette with a 2 burner induction stove, sink, mini fridge and freezer, new appliances including microwave, toaster oven, small electric kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, dishes, drinking glasses and mugs, wine glasses, utensils and cooking knives; salt, pepper and oil for cooking. There is coffee, tea (including decaf), sugar/splenda, honey and creamer.

Coffee table converts into a laptop desk. The dining area can also be comfortably used as workspace.
There is a flat screen TV with Roku/Apple TV.
The dining table next to a large window comfortably seats 4.
Shared outdoor areas include front and back lawn which feature a hammock, wooden deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, propane fire pit and propane grill; wood fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a horseshoe pit. Firewood will be provided for your use.
We will provide you with a locked unheated garage to store your vehicle if you choose. There is also plenty of room in the driveway.
We have a washer and dryer in the main house, they are located right near the deck door. Please let us know if you need to do laundry and we will make sure they're available for you, along with detergent and dryer sheets.
Other things to note:
We live on property and you will probably meet us at some point. We are a small family and you should have plenty of space to yourself.
We have 2 medium size extremely friendly dogs. They are free to roam the property within an invisible fence. They would love for you to pet them, but please refrain from giving them any processed food (fruits/veggies/piece of steak ok) as they have allergies. They are also not allowed inside the guest suite, even if they ask.
Please note: the guest suite is only accessible via 2 flights of outdoor stairs.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only.
