This stunning one-story new construction in a classic Austin neighborhood is beautifully decorated and features an entertainer's kitchen with an expansive island. Relax in the living room with views of the fabulous pool and hot tub. There are 3 bedrooms in the home with a 4th room that can serve as an office or bedroom. A separate Casita looks out onto the pool. A great place for a couple to have their own space from the group in the main house. Open to short term and long term rentals.

This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness! I have never stayed at a place and felt more confident about the experience. I lived in another state and planned a 15 people bachelorette party. I had 100 question, they were more than happy and totally understand all of my questions. The house manager greeted us at the house and walked us through. THE HOUSE pictures don't even do it justice it was BEAUTIFUL and so clean. House manager checked in on us to see if we needed anything. They were also available prior to trip for helping give us ideas of fun things in the area. They set us up with a bartender and she was amazing.
