Experience comfort and luxury in our brand-new custom lakefront home, built by A&G Builders. This modern and spacious retreat is perfectly situated on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large boat dock, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including ~300 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks. Have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the property- pictures don’t do it justice! The house has everything you need and more. Will definitely be returning. Would give it more than give stars if we could. Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.
