This completely refurbished space, to which we dedicated our time, work and taste, has a kitchinette equipped with a ceramic hob, stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, citrus press, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, ironing board and steam iron.
The apartment has heating, cable TV with 130 channels, free Wi-Fi and a speaker, so you can directly connect your iPod, or your mobile phone via Bluetooth, and listen to your favorite music.
In the bathroom, you can find a hairdryer, cotton buds, make-up remover cotton and a mini sewing kit, in addition to the basics (bath and face towels, toilet paper and shower gel).
On the private terrace, and weather permitting, you will find a table and 4 chairs, where you can have your breakfast or enjoy a real meal. It also has a bench with comfortable cushions. There is an awning, which, being open, will help maintain your privacy.
People with a high sensitivity to noise, please note that it is possible to hear / feel the metro, since the line passes right in front of the building. However, at night it is closed, and until today it has never been a problem for any of my guests.
