We have kept the classic charm of this home built in 1943 and added in the needed updated items to make it relaxing and restful for a great vacation just for you! Our guests have boasted about all it offers, the comfortable beds, the central location to Perdido, Pensacola and so close to NAS for visits with family.
The space
Whether you're here on a family getaway or escaping to the beach with some friends, this home - built in 1943 and decorated with vintage style to suit its history - has everything you need for a successful stay!
Master Bedroom includes a Queen Bed all set up with wonderful linens and bedding, a master bath, and a makeup changing room. The second bedroom also is set with a queen bed and luxurious linens, for nights sleep that is peaceful.
In the living room you'll find a 55" wall mounted Flat-screen Smart TVs w/ Netflix & Hulu, kids' games, Pac-Man arcade game, glass-topped antique Coca-Cola dining table, board games & books, all on the original hardwood floors.
We get so many compliments on the fully equipped kitchen its nice to see guests recognize all that is there for them. We added a vintage refrigerator in the kitchen and a full second fridge off the kitchen so you have so much space to store all your drinks, food and needed items. You'll also find a blender, toaster, wine rack, tea kettle, all the cooking basics, dishware & flatware and service wear for whatever your baking up.
A real special treat, this house offers a very special beverage bar that includes: Keurig w/ pods, 10-cup coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee bean grinder, beans, variety of creams & coffees. There is also hot chocolates, drink mixers and more.
Leaving nothing out this house is equipped with central A/C, washer/dryer, 2nd full refrigerator w/ ice maker, 700-thread-count sheets, extra-large bath towels, walk-in closet w/ vanity & hair dryer, fully renovated bathrooms, lanai w/ seating, gas grill, all on almost a one acre lot.
There is a guest house located on this property, but as the lot is so large, it's just like a normal property with a neighbor. They have their private space and you'll have yours. The best part about this, is you can rent both is needed for a larger group. You can reach out to inquire as needed.
