Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is stunning and the beach is beautiful. The hotel territory is huge, however, buggy helps you to get to any hotel location. Breakfast was nice, amazing coffee and fruits. We had a villa with a private pool, so it made us feel more comfortable and cozy. The check in was delayed (for 40mins), we asked about late check out and they extended for 2 hours extra (so don’t be shy to ask)

Negative: Some stuff confused us: we were going to beach shower and lifeguard was screaming “heeeey! Where are you going?!” It was a bit rude and we didn’t get why he asked only us. Deposit is required 4.000.000 VDN per 4 ppl, it was not mentioned in the description on Booking. The main point the receptionist said it’s normal for 5 stars hotel, however, JW Marriott didn’t ask us about deposit.

Summary: In general, the place is nice to stay for couple of nights.
