The house has two master suites and an office that can double as a nursery (we have a folding crib) on the second floor, and a queen bedroom and kids' bedroom with two trundle beds along with a full bathroom on the third floor. Chef’s kitchen (viking stove, subzero fridge, etc), covered front porch with rocking chairs and backyard with new Weber grill and Adirondack chairs. Across the street from Peconic Bay with water views. Quiet but central street with a swimming dock at one end and Greenport Harbor Brewery at the other. Short walk to the train and the jitney - no car needed.

Summary: Roomy older house nicely renovated with all modern conveniences, easy walk to groceries and Greenport center, highlights included carousel, Monday night dance in the park, ferries to Sag Harbor and swim dock at end of block. Short drive to Hardee's family farm, LI aquarium and Riverhead train museum. After all the activity, reading in the rocking chairs on the front porch was a great way to end the day!
