Summary: The location is off a major busy roadway so it is noisy even at night. We were not told thatt here is a steep staircase to reach the upstairs apartment, which is where we stayed. The apartment is a large two bedroom one. It is under renovation. There is no bedside lighting in ether of the two bedrooms. The ad specifies usable washer and dryer however they are not hooked up and therefore unusable. the apartment is extremely cold due to a heating problem in the building. Our communication with the landlord was minimal to nonexistent, including not being welcomed nor acknowledged in departure. We were not given any clarity on the boundaries of the backyard fields. Therefore we could easily infringe upon the neighbors land. The neighbors were more helpful to us than the landlord about the area and the place itself. It turns out that the landlord lived in the building, which actually was a shock to us.
