This updated 1100 sq. ft. home is the largest in this four-condo building. Ideally located so you can easily enjoy the absolute best that Newport Beach seaside living offers, this is the perfect vacation home if you want things to be simple but casually elegant and have lots of fun. If you need more space, this unit adjoins the upper oceanfront view Unit A (2BR, 2BA), so combined, you can have a superb four-bedroom upstairs enclave all to yourselves! If you need even more space for a family reunion or four friendly families, you can rent all four homes!
A small but private balcony with a beautiful view of the lawn, sand, and sea is a great spot to relax and recharge amidst the beauty of the Balboa peninsula. Sporting a propane grill and table with two high-top chairs for outside dining or drinks, this patio is accessed through large sliding doors right outside the main grand living area.
This condo is just a block from the edge of Balboa Village, full of shops, restaurants, bars, and all manner of activities you can choose - on land or sea. Also, since there are 3 other condos, you can rent additional ones if you wish to travel and vacation with others.
There is a spacious great room with a TV, comfortable seating, a sofa bed, and easy access to the private and secluded patio. A modern kitchen with new Samsung stainless steel appliances has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all - just add the food and have fun. There is an inside marble dining table that seats 6 right next to the kitchen bar which also has a few stools so everyone can eat together inside.
One bedroom (with a lock-off, adjoining door to Unit A) has both a bed low to the ground for the 'little ones'. Each bedroom has its own TV and bathroom and of course, all bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premier linens to always keep you comfortable.
Additional amenities include WiFi, cable, a coin-operated washer/dryer in the garage.
