Summary: This is a great apt with a huge private rooftop terrace that is perfect for a large family or two families. I used it as a base whilst I was working out there and the wonderful Raquel @ Vacacionesroses agency arranged for Wi-Fi at a small extra cost but this allowed me to work on the terrace after a few meetings. There are two ac units one in the super big living /dining area that has comfy sofas and lots of light and the other is in the hallway. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans . There are two bathrooms one being an en-suite to the double bedroom. Views from both terraces are sea views . The private parking space under the building is brilliant. The apt is located in a quieter part of roses but lots of things in walking distance like supermarkets cafes bars and the views of both the sea and PuigRom just stunning. There is a full kitchen washing machine and lots of extras like a kettle a panini grill coffee machine and lots of cooking equipment so dining in is a breeze if you don’t fancy going out . There’s a lift in the building and it seems to be predominantly residential so it was nice and quiet too.
