This is one of our premier properties because of the huge yard and privacy it affords its guests. Enjoy the silence, the large trees that provide cool shade during the day, and a perfect canopy at night.
The home has three rooms: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, the third bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk should you choose to do some work while gazing at the stunning trees outside.
There's a fully stocked designer kitchen with a large island indoors, and a spectacular outdoor kitchen with pizza oven! We promise you'll never want to leave!
Some pets allowed - ***Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request***
There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with pets.
$20 per day for pool heater.
The Space:

The Neighborhood:
South Middle River is an area my partner and I have been working on for the last 8 years. We've renovated 10 homes or so during that time (including the one this one), and we've seen the area come through its transitional phase beautifully. In fact, we'll build two brand-new homes in the area this coming year.
Today, it's a thriving neighborhood with many young couples and single professionals moving in. It's incredibly close to all the great things Fort Lauderdale has to offer. You'll also see people walking their dogs at all hours in the day, not to mention the neighborhood peacocks roaming around.
When you arrive, you will see some homes which haven't been renovated yet, and some that are in the process. The neighbors are very friendly, and it's a safe place. We've had many single people, couples with children stay at the house, and have a wonderful time. We've even had weddings in the back yard :-). Also, my partner and I live about 5 minutes away, so we'll be close by if you need anything.
Getting Around:
While Fort Lauderdale's transportation system is maturing, it's still not a walkable city. You should rent a car, or use Uber to get around.
