Although the pool is not heated the children do not seem to mind! The Pebble Beach temperate weather lends itself to golfing, strolling, hiking, biking, sightseeing, shopping or simply relaxing. The front of the house hosts an observation deck which expands the entire length of the home and is perfect for watching the surf, viewing the sunset and watching the seals bask. This home offers easy access to WORLD CLASS ACTIVITIES such as golf, spas, Concours D' Elegance, fine dining and shopping. Once out on the OCEANFRONT DECK surrounding the house enjoy the PANORAMIC VIEWS of Cypress Point, Fan Shell Beach, and Bird Rock. The main floor master king suite has its own media room with OCEANVIEWS, LARGE SCREEN TV AND FIREPLACE. There are two more king suites, located on the lower level, each with private granite baths. The two lower king suites both boost OCEANVIEWS and are separated by a LARGE MEDIA ROOM with LARGE SCREEN CABLE TV. The downstairs media room has sliding doors with outside access. Sprawl out on the comfortable sectional sofa and let the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. The fourth king suite is located across the courtyard in the guesthouse.
