Just across the road from Bombo Beach, Ocean Mist Cottage is an idyllic holiday home. The cottage is an immaculately restored miner’s cottage and still features beautiful leadlight windows, polished timber floors and charming period details. The furnishings are modern, comfortable and high quality.
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Ocean Mist Cottage is located across the road from the Bombo Beach access pathway. The shops and cafes of Kiama are a short drive away.

How is the property laid out?
Entering through the front door you find yourself in a hallway. To the right is the lounge room with adjoining sunroom, the perfect place to tuck yourself away. To the left is the master bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Continuing to the end of the hall, you enter into the spacious kitchen and dining area. High ceilings give a generous sense of space. Another door leads off from the dining area and takes you to the second bedroom, the main bathroom and laundry area. In the laundry you will find the back door which takes you onto the back deck with BBQ, outdoor setting and views over the beautiful cottage garden.
Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There is a smart tv in the living room so you can stream your favourite shows.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
A pretty cottage garden surrounds the home. There is a back deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying an evening after a day at the beach.

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: 7 nights
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- School Holidays: 2 or 3 nights, depending on the property
- All other times: 2 nights
