Located in exclusive Hillsboro Beach, our villa is part of a private resort that fully-spans Hillsboro Mile (A1A) from the Atlantic Ocean to the IntraCoastal Waterway. Guests conveniently enjoy the distinct features of both the ocean and intra-coastal waterfronts in a picturesque setting. The resort offers a private beach, private pool, and a gathering area adjacent to the IntraCoastal Waterway. Sunrises can be enjoyed from the villa porch or private beach and sunsets from the IntraCoastal side.
The resort has a laid back atmosphere and there are plenty of activities and amenities. Our villa #J is located on the ocean side of the property mere steps from the pool (50 ft) and private beach (50 ft) and has a very quiet appeal. The villa is secluded from the A1A and is one of the closest villas on the property to the ocean. Guests will enjoy a secluded tropical landscape and surrounded by beautiful grounds with lots of grassy areas and vegetation. Travel within the resort is via paved footpaths.
A large 300-foot private upper beach that spans the full length of the property is just a few steps from the villa and includes two large shaded tiki style gathering areas with loungers, chairs and tables. Also there are many individual loungers and chairs for sunseekers and canopies for those that want a break. Convenient access to the public beach is via a short staircase. On the intra-coastal side of the property is a private 300-foot frontage with dock, large shaded tiki style covered gathering area with chairs, tables and loungers and immense grassy area for relaxing.
The Villa

This comfortable villa exudes a south florida tropical feel and the decor is very bright and tasteful. The villa contains 1 large bedroom with a large walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, open kitchen with eating nook and dining table & chairs, and a comfortable living area with couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories needed. Villa furnishings are comfortable and have a modern appeal.
The villa is centrally air-conditioned (and heated but seldom required) and also has interior ceiling fans in both the main room and bedroom.
There is a wonderful attached private porch that is shaded and outfitted with 2 comfortable chairs, 1 lounger, and a side-table. The porch looks north east across a secluded hedge and grass area and part of the private beach and ocean can be seen. A great place to enjoy a coffee and the morning sunshine or an after dinner drink while listening to the ocean waves.
Temporary Covid Policies: Monday-Friday daily maid service is provided for a replacing towels and garbage/recycling removal. Guests of 10 days or more will have linens replaced and light cleaning.
The resort offers a private, coin laundry facility located on property and close by. A dedicated parking space is also provided at no charge. An additional guest parking space usually can be accommodated by office staff.
Entertainment System / Communications
This unit is equipped with a high definition flat screen TV and blue ray DVD player in the main room and a smaller high definition TV in the bedroom. Entertainment is via Comcast HD package that includes the most popular sports, movies and primary network programming. Hi-speed wireless internet is provided at no additional charge. There is also a land line phone for local calls or in case of an emergency.
