The space
Enjoy a good nights sleep on the comfy queen bed and two single beds. Loads of space to unpack and feel at home. For your comfort and convenience all linen is provided. Beds will be made for you when you arrive.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and plenty of equipment to prepare a meal.
The kitchen also includes a coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich press.
The pantry has all the basics, glad wrap, baking paper, al foil, cooking oil, salt & pepper, tea bags, coffee pods & sugar.

Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space with reversed cycle air-conditioning. Living space includes a 50inch flat screen smart TV.
Please note: Free WIFI is available and the smart Tv is connected, however BYO streaming accounts.

Washing machine and sunny courtyard has its own private clothesline.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
On the day of your arrival check-in is from 3pm, when the property maybe available for an earlier check-in we will notify you.
On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, if a late check out should be available we will notify you.
Please Note: Extra cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in the similar state of which it was found.

Park your car outside the accommodation and walk where ever you wish to explore. Enjoy the nature, shopping strip and coffee shops all within walking distance. If you feel like a short drive take off to explore Booderee National park. You can enjoy Murray's Beach for a swim, Murray's Jetty to watch the sting rays through the crystal clear water or Green Patch to sun bake or say hi to the local Kangaroos. If you would prefer bring your bike to ride along the bike paths or hire a bike when you are here.
