"Shanti by the Sea" is a self-catering holiday beach house on the magnificent Fleurieu Peninsula coast. This 3-bedroom townhouse is located only minutes from the McLaren Vale Wine Region, drive-on beaches around Aldinga, Sellicks & Moana and the pristine sheltered bay of Port Willunga.
Beach access is a short 5-minute walk to the Star of Greece restaurant.
Choose your holiday fun all year round - the day on the beach, wine tasting throughout McLaren Vale or venturing further to experience what the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
The property features a large covered front deck overlooking the Bay for guests to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and panoramic sea views.
An open plan living area has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans with wall-mounted TV and 2 x 3-seater lounges. The property has been updated, incorporating a bright seaside decor to the interior with a secure rear garden and lawn to provide a cool haven during hotter days and includes a large, covered pergola area for outdoor relaxation.

LINEN & BEDDING (provided only for the number of guests booked):
Beds are made comfy just for you and have mattress protectors, doonas with covers, pillows with pillowcases, and top and bottom sheets. Spare blankets are also provided for colder nights (electric blankets in winter). Linen supply also includes bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and tea towels. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels.
FUNCTIONS/GATHERINGS
We really love seeing our guests enjoy their time at the property, however we do have a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and is not available for functions of any kind, including wedding events such as bucks and hens' nights or birthday/celebration gatherings. Only guests are to be on the property at anytime, any visitors must be lodged with the property owners or will be deemed as extra guests.
RUBBISH:
Guests can use the waste and recycle bins provided to dispose of their waste on vacating but are required to follow certain house rules. Excessive waste unable to be placed in bins must be removed from the property to avoid dumping fees.
PETS:
We have a STRICT NO-PETS policy.
RATES & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates vary based on seasonality and weeknight. Minimum stays are generally two (2) nights with the following exceptions:
Long weekends minimum three (3) nights
Easter minimum four (4) nights
December & January bookings minimum three (5) nights but with some seven (7) night minimum periods during peak holiday periods.
Exceptions may be negotiated with all booking days and times considered depending on availability and season times.
Amenities Note:
We are a holiday house rental, not an Air BnB that offers a level of guest catering and provisions. As such, guests should be prepared to bring any essentials not specifically listed, such as perishable foodstuffs (including milk), personal toiletries such shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste, or washing machine powder.
