This home is located on 3 acres right on the edge of High Point. It’s less than 2 miles from downtown, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Built in the 60s and updated less than 3 years ago to make it open concept the house still retains its old world charm.
The formal foyer opens into the middle of the home. The dinning room, family room, and den all veer off of it. The kitchen and den are open concept. Off of the den is a sun room/3season room. Both the den and family rooms have gas fireplaces to make the rooms cozy. All rooms have ceiling fans as well. Located between the den and family room is a half bath and wet bar. The family room has a large flat screen tv, pool table, and foosball table.
The kitchen has 2 full sinks, double ovens and a gas top stove. There are also 3 fridges and a freezer. With multiple countertops and and eat in kitchen table this area is a chef’s dream. After cooking you can take your food or morning coffee directly outside to the courtyard. Here you have multiple sitting options including lounge chairs, couches, rockers, and table and chairs. The back yard is enclosed with brick walls and has lush tress and flowering bushes. On top of the hill is a pergola with double swings and a tree house with a 7ft slide.
The master bedroom is located on the back of the house with a king bed, flat screen tv, on suite with walk in shower, double sinks, and walk in closet. This bedroom is located off of the courtyard and has direct access. On the back of the house are the remaining 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. They share a hall bath with a single sink and bath tub. This area also has a washer and dryer.
There is a second floor with door/lock as well as a mother-in-law suite that is not available to renters.
