Summary: The house is beautiful and spacious! Junior (Property Manager) was very helpful and communication with him was excellent.Pro* Lots of natural light* Beautiful amenities* Very responsive property management* Grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants were close by* Fireplace in living and master bedroom* 5 bedrooms* TV in the family room and each bedroom* Dual thermostats (one for each floor) for heating* Huge swimming pool with hot tub (too cold to use without heat in Dec/Jan)* wifi was good / fastCon* You will need to purchase pantry items if you intend on cooking* You will need to purchase cleaning supplies if you intend on cleaning up after yourself.* No bath mat/floor towel for showers/tubs* No humidity - gets very dry when you use the heating and/or fireplace * One burner on the stove wouldn’t light or stay on* Minor cosmetic issues with the house * Sink wasn’t draining when we got there and the garburator wasn't working properly - We contacted Junior and he came with his guy to fix it the next afternoon.* No dish drying rack or kitchen towels* Very low water pressure* Entire house needs a thorough cleaning* Spare towels not washed properly* Clothes washer had mildew and mold* Dryer lint trap had never been cleaned out* Pictures were not up to date - sofa with carpet and stools for island were different, floors looks worn out
