Ourie House is split over two levels. The second storey is accessed at street level from the timber bridge. From here, the space flows into a dining, kitchen and living area with fireplace and includes two bedrooms. Downstairs incorporates the TV room and another two bedrooms.
KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING
The generous kitchen incorporates high quality finishes and appliances, a 900mm oven, and a 3 metre island bench with seating for 5 people. The dining area seats 8 people comfortably withroom to add additinal chairs. This area connects to the curved verandah with outdoor dining table and views over Saddleback Mountain and Werri Beach. The upstairs formal lounge includes a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa (no TV) and downstairs has a TV room that opens onto an undercover deck. Netflix and Disney+ are provided.
SLEEPING
The two upstairs bedrooms include: Bedroom 1 with x1 king bed and views over Saddleback Mountain. Bedroom 2 has x1 triple bunk bed (single on top and double on the bottom). Downstairs, Bedroom 3 has x1 queen bed and Bedroom 4 has x1 king bed. Every room is fitted with a ceiling fan and all windows are double-glazed for comfort and warmth. Linen and towels are provided (beach towels are not included).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms are finished in a luxurious Italian terrazzo tiled floor with the main bathroom complete with couples shower, freestanding bath, timber vanity and toilet. There is also an additional toilet upstairs. The compact downstairs bathroom includes shower, toilet and timber vanity.
LAUNDRY
The large laundry room provides access to washing machine and condenser dryer. Please note, the garage is not available to guests and the access doors will be locked.
OUTDOORS
The house boasts two large timber decks and backyard with cubby house and trampoline. Perfect for entertaining with friends and family, there is a bbq, outdoor lounges and dining table.
A fully fenced backyard is suitable for your furry family, with Ourie House pet friendly (outside only). Please request when booking.
Ourie House is perfectly located for friends and families wishing to explore Werri Beach and Gerringong with only a 5 minute walk to the main street. It is ideally located at the southern end of Werri Beach, easily accessible on foot for surfing Werri Point and close to the flags and rock pools for families. There is a playground, skatepark and takeaway kiosk only a 100m walk from the property.
