Large accordion door in living space opens to create perfect in-door/outdoor vibe. The kitchen has all of the amenities including stainless steel Thermador appliances, dishwasher, disposal and loads of counter space and drawer/cabinetry. The bedrooms are all full of light and have views, the primary and 2nd bedroom have large full en-suite bathrooms which are modern and fresh. Primary bedroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The backyard is a tropically landscaped oasis complete with built in outdoor grill/burners and hot/cold sink, fire pit and some fun outdoor games (table tennis, corn hole, etc.). The pool and spa have incredible mountain and city views and plenty of space for lounge chairs. There is plenty of natural shade as well. The home has stunning views and is steps from several hiking trails. The home has a remote operated electric gate for privacy and is immaculately clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and a couple of minutes drive into the heart of downtown Palm Springs. There is a private rooftop deck for lounging. Very special home and property.
