The large bay windows and glass sliding doors provide for spectacular views and open onto the front timber balcony overlooking the river.
The home comfortably sleeps 6-7 with the master bedroom having a queen bedroom suite, television, walk-in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom includes one double bed and single bed, mirrored robe and ceiling fan. The third bedroom also has a double bed, mirrored robe and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has both a bath and shower and the toilet is separate. LINEN IS INCLUDED (you will need to bring your own beach towel). A double carport with room for a small tinnie and/or 2nd car on driveway. The back yard is fully fenced with an automatic gate so also great for the furry member of the family.
You will not find a better location being only a 11 kilometres (approx 20 minute) drive south from the Gold Coast Airport. You have the benefit of the river at your doorstep and both Fingal and Kingscliff beaches only 1.6 kilometres away. Walk 400 metres for brekkie at the renowned “Cubby Bakehouse” or a delicious counter lunch/dinner at the Chinderah Hotel next door. Walk 500m the other direction to taste the freshest seafood & takeaway at Tweed River Seafoods. Like to shop? Drive 5 mins to visit the boutiques and trendy Cafes in Kingscliff.
There are endless activities for all the family from boating, fishing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling and bike riding to exploring the beauty of Mount Warning parks, bush walks and wildlife. Hire Kayaks and stand up paddle boards at Kingscliff Creek or take a guided snorkel out to Cook Island. Tropical Fruit World a 10 min drive away. For those wanting the full experience, visit the Theme Parks on the Gold Coast including Sea World, Movie World, Dream World and Wet'n'Wild.
This home is the perfect family getaway and we will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable. Downstairs is a large rumpus room with shower and toilet for the kids to play games and outside is the BBQ area.
Please note that there are stairs to access the main house. You can enter via the front door or rear balcony.
