Has a separate living room king bedroom and bath upstairs and full and twin bunks and a crib in the second bedroom downstairs and of course a king bed master bedroom. Patio with sitting areas and the perfect sunset.sleeps 8 comfortably but also has a self inflating blow up queen mattress for a added extra.
