This private house is a very desirable location in Los Angeles.. You will not be disappointed.
Quiet 2 BR 2 BA is a large fabulous gated architectural home Schindler style with large Pool and Hot Spa. Very bright and very private with stunning panoramic views of the city and mountains. A loft feeling with sunlight in each room. At night, it's like looking at million of Christmas lights. White tiles in Kitchen, Living areas and gray carpet in bedrooms. Modern appliances in kitchen - breakfast area. Wet bar in dining area - large living room with a 50" TV - 2 leather couches - a mix of 50's, contemporary and antiques design furniture - Huge deck with views and many sitting areas outside - BBQ. Garden with pond and exotic aquatic plants - Large shower in master bathroom with great pressure - bath tub/shower combo in guest bathroom.
OPTIONAL: POOL and SPA can be heated for an additional daily fee. Sorry but Gas heating is very expensive in Los Angeles. It takes approximately 30 minutes to heat the Spa. It takes 24 to 48 hours to heat the pool depends of the weather. Both pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. Please let us know in advance if you wish to have pool and spa heating or just one or the other.
The property is convenient to all and offers full privacy, peace and enjoyment. Minutes to stores, Groceries and Restaurants .

THIS IS A HILLSIDE HOME: Therefore, you must love wild life to stay here. We have many birds, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, owls and all kind of animals including but not limited to field rats and coyotes. (We have never seen a coyote inside the outdoors of the Property but they may be seen in streets close to residential homes). Bugs are present beyond anyone's control and beneficial to the environment. Ants or bugs may come in the house especially during or after rain. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR DOORS CLOSED especially at night. Home Owners shall not be responsible during guests' stays if any wild life or bugs is a bother to any guests. Nevertheless, there are bugs spray products at the house which guests can use to help.
