Please note that meals need to be confirmed by the property, please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 30 minutes from reservation. later not. in case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancelation is available for 15 minutes only. in winter (from september) we switch on the gas heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the yards reading at check in/out. in case of renting multiple apartments, the security deposit is 200euro/apartment. for long-term stays, the deposit is 300euro per apartment. we can accommodate up to 14 people in total in our 3 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the rooms. late check in/out, if available, cost extra each started hour!please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
