Charming holiday flat of 57 m2 very close to the beach and with sea views.
Spacious, bright and well equipped. From its east-facing terrace you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea with a partial view of the island of Gran Canaria, a relaxed breakfast or a romantic dinner with the moonrise over the sea.

THE HOUSE HAS:
-High speed WIFI Internet connection (fibre optic 300 MB) with good coverage throughout the house.
-Full kitchen where you can prepare meals for guests, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto (capsules not included) and classic coffee machines, kettle, juicer, washing machine.
Kitchenware enough to cook and serve all the guests with a variety of utensils.
-Terrace with magnificent views of the artificial sea, extendable table, chairs. You will also find cards and some toys for the little ones.
-Cozy, comfortable and functional living room with sofa bed (suitable for sleeping children), air conditioning, Smart TV 43’ (connect your Netflix accounts, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc) and laptop PC.
-Master bedroom with a double bed 150x200, ceiling fan, bedside tables, reading lamps.
-Travel cot available upon request (confirm availability).
-Fully equipped bathroom.
Sufficient towels, sheets, etc. for all guests.
We have maps of the island as well as various tourist information brochures.
The house can be cleaned during your stay if ordered in advance for an extra charge.
Bicycles and GPS can be rented for a small fee.

We personally attend to the guests on arrival.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The property is located in a private urbanisation with easy and quick access to the motorway. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.
To access the property you have to climb 1.5 floors.
Nearby there are all the necessary services for daily life such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, petrol station, cafes, bars, even a Mac Donald. At about 5 minutes walking distance you will find the promenade and the commercial area where you will find many shops, restaurants, etc.
Candelaria is an old fishing village with a lot of charm. Nowadays it is also a place of residence and summer residence for the local people so you can experience the real life of the Canarian people.
There is only one hotel. It is away from the crowded tourist destinations of the island but strategically located to visit the different points of interest of the island. It is the perfect place for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife, as it is in a strategic area, close to the capital and the motorway links to the north and south of the island.
The area is well communicated by public transport. In front of the urbanisation there is a bus stop.
Every Wednesday and Saturday there is an agricultural market where you can buy vegetables, fruit, honey, cheese, etc. directly from the producers.
Within the village it is possible to walk.
For the best way to explore the island it is recommended to hire a car, although most places of interest can also be reached by bus.
