Your own private cozy 1st floor studio apartment on Sunset Blvd just a few blocks away from the Sunset Junction in beautiful Silverlake. Amazing street art will surround you while you take a stroll and visit tons of unique restaurants, coffee, vintage and antique shops, all just steps away. Pets ok. Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles are just about a 10 minute ride away, Burbank about 15 minutes. Grab an Electric scooter and explore this awesome artsy area. Super cozy Silverlake studio apartment all for your self right on Sunset Boulevard. The futon couch easily opens to a Full size bed and can accommodate one comfortably. There is also a Queen size sofa with a thick and extremely comfortable mattress topper that can accommodate two. I will be providing my guests with two comforters, two sheets, several pillows and 4 bath towels. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple, but can sleep three if you do not need a lot of space. Chill and enjoy a movie night-in with my streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO and Amazon Prime. There is a cute bachelor sized kitchen with mini fridge (no freezer), sink, toaster oven (glass top stove is not available for use). There is one cozy bathroom with a shower and a work area/dinner table for your convenience with two chairs. My windows do not face Sunset Blvd which means there’s a lot less noise when you go to sleep. You will have access to a small dog run/area outside, in the back of my building. Please keep your dog on a leash when entering and exiting my building, as there are many other awesome dogs residing here. The building laundry room and gym will be off limits, however there are several laundromats nearby. There is no parking space provided for my building. There is meter parking on Sunset (free on Sunday’s) and free residential parking behind sunset on either side of the boulevard but you may have to park a few blocks away. There’s an awesome artists and vintage flea market across the street every Saturday. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
