Completely remodeled 100-year old farmhouse tucked away on 50 acres of pristine Blue Ridge Mountain paradise. Hiking trails onsite with incredible views, multiple creeks to play in and a short hike to the South Toe River. Located only 20 minutes from the picturesque town of Burnsville this private retreat is centrally located to enjoy all the mountains have to offer whether you want to hike Mt Mitchell, sip wine at Biltmore Estate, float down the South Toe River or just curl up with a book on your secluded front porch bed. This cottage has an open floor plan with dining table for four and eat in kitchen with all new appliances and kitchen accessories. The living room has a fireplace and TV with pull out sofa.
