This location is for Adults-Only, perfect for those who enjoy being surrounded by the rich diversity of Northern California’s natural world including the famous Redwood forests while still being able to access all that the area has to offer.
Located right between San Jose and Santa Cruz and a 10 min drive on a beautiful mountain road off highway 17.
Your unit is located on the 1st floor with separate entrance and no other units are connect.
This newly remodeled One bedroom apartment is quiet, clean & cozy. The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a dresser and chair. Full bathroom with standing shower. For all of our guests, we provide spa-grade towels and toiletries available for use. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials, medium sized fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and portable induction cooktop. Living room has a very comfortable premium full sofa with a pullout mattress, dining table with ample seating, and an electric fireplace. The space also comes with a new air conditioning & heating unit in the bedroom.
Additional rules
- Pets are NOT allowed. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and you will be asked to check-out early without a refund.
- We kindly request that there be no parties or drug use.
- Smoking and vaping is only allowed outside by the fountain.
- No swimming, boating or fishing in the pond.
- No Shoes Inside the home please!
- Only light cooking.
- No Unregistered Guest: only the specific guests are allowed on the premises. - No group gatherings other than registered guests. If you have any extra guests, we will charge you from your deposit $70 per additional guest
- Will be an additional 'linen' charge $30 for two people who use sofa beds and that guests must request the extra bed before booking.
- The spa area is available for use up to 1.5 hours for each booked night.*
