A Wench's View is located on 2 acres from the Sea of Abaco to the Atlantic Ocean on the north end of Tilloo Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. After the property's total Hurricane Dorian remodel finished in 2022, the Estate is comprised of a main house, 2 guest pods, 2 Atlantic Ocean facing suites, a swimming pool complete with a pool house and large outdoor dining area, a large wrap around porch with ample seating and an extensive dock with a covered dock bar. The main house is on the top of the island and has a full kitchen, living room/dining room, three full bathrooms, four bedrooms(king size master bedroom with private bath, one king size top floor suite with private bath, a bunk room with 2 queen beds and a 4th bedroom with a queen beds and a third full bath). All rooms have water views. Each ocean front room, each Pod and the Garden View suite has a king size bed, night stands, dresser, large closet, and private bath.
In addition, it has a private raised pool overlooking the Sea of Abaco, a walkway out to the rocky face overlooking the Atlantic, and adventurous grounds. There is Snorkeling and swimming in abundance right off the dock in the Sea of Abaco.
A Wench's View is a convenient boat ride to any desire. It is located at the Tilloo Cut, the deep water access from the Sea of Abaco to the Atlantic for one of the world's top sportsfishing adventures. It is 5 minutes from the Hope Town's lighthouse, food, and shoppes on Elbow Cay; 15 minutes from Marsh Harbour.
The base rate is $20,000 per week up to 12 people. Please note that you must speak with Dave before booking. He can answer any questions you may have about the area and additional information needed for your Island vacation!
