My husband and I are travelers. I am a student and my husband is programmer. We live in a beautiful home in a great area in Irvine California. Close to public transportation. Twenty minutes away from the beach. We dedicate our daily life to host visitors from different cultures. We make sure guests feel at home as soon as they walk in. We have a beautiful patio where guests can enjoy and relax. Also they can enjoy our beautiful in ground pool during the hot days. We cater to different individuals from executives to young students. Our home feels like home away from home.
Note: Utilities are not included. A deposit is required to cover utilities and any damage upon checkout. Deposit amount $500.
Every month, we will bill you for 30% of the utilities (GAS and Electricity only)
This room is close to every thing and walking distance to parks, shops and bike ride to UCI. It is also close to HWY 5. Very quiet irvine with big patio and backyard. Did I mention the heated swimming pool?
