This totally renovated perfect summer rental is steps away from your own private beach. Inside is a very spacious open great room on the first floor with sliders opening to a large comfortable deck with dining area and gas grill. Enjoy après beach cocktails on the deck at the end of a perfect summer day while the sun sets over the harbor. Or stroll to nearby shops and restaurants in Barnstable Village. Sat to Sat.
Two large bedrooms (sharing a spacious balcony) and one smaller upstairs bedroom plus a shared full bath make the sleeping area completely private from any living area or entertaining. Summary: We had a blast and loved this property & location. The only negative comment we have is it doesn't have a set of stairs to the water. It's beautiful, well stocked, clean and airy, and has plenty of things to keep you busy.
