A lovely 5 bed, 3 bath duplex on Balboa Island is just a quick walk away from the waterfront is a perfect place for your next family vacation.
This beautiful cottage with a white picket fence gate, wonderful patios with ample seating and gas BBQ's for you and your family to enjoy. Both units have an open concept living space, with a dining area, a family room to the that includes a flat screen Smart TV, and the entire home has Wi-Fi. A galley-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, a traditional coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and everything you will need for cooking. The ground floor home also has a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Each units master bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, ample closet space and natural light and the second bedrooms in each unit are outfitted with a super fun triple bunk beds (3 twins each), additional closet space, and is perfect for families.
