Summary: Near Flawless, The room was nice, had grab bars around the tub, hair dryer, loveseat, a nice with the brief exception of ant season, which only intruded into my room only once (and I was warned that it is ant season, so….). Place was clean, staff was attentive, breakfast was adequate. Lots of food and 7Eleven around. Most importantly? Neighborhood felt safe. Down sides? 1) Minor slep to the beach. 2) Major slep to tourist spots (Long Beach is not too bad) Bottom line? Great dollar value!
