Large 1 acre lot with a private dock not far from marinas in Tappahannock (Parker's) and Center Cross (Garrett's). Large rear deck and sun porch with beautiful views of the river, especially at sunrise. Outdoor fireplace, gas and charcoal grills, picnic table, outdoor swing near the beautiful magnolia tree are a few of the amenities. Bring your favorite fishing pole or use one of ours. Summary: Very clean house. Owners are great. Plenty of room for a family. The screen porch on the front is great to sit and look at the water. We'll be back for sure!.
