This single level contemporary home, completely remodeled in 2018, is located on a cul-de-sac, a short 5-10 minute drive from many attractions - including, but not limited to, world-class shopping at Fashion Valley, sporting events and concert venues, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma’s Ocean Beach.
A pool, gazebo with a fire pit, a dining table, and an outdoor kitchen system with a barbecue makes its private backyard a great place to spend the day or to return to after the day's adventures.
The garage has been transformed into a game room with a pool table, a Pac-Man, an electric futon, and a large flat-screen TV - making it a great place to play or relax when you have had enough fun in the sun.

A modern, chic kitchen, with Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances and glass tiles, is outfitted with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. A kitchen door opens up to the outside patio and self-contained private backyard.
The master Cal-king bedroom has slider access to the backyard with all of its amenities. A walk-in closet, a chair for reading or watching TV, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks and a large soaking tub/walk-in steam shower completes this peaceful retreat.

This bathroom is shared with a second king guest bedroom on the other side of it, which also has a 42” flat-screen TV. All bathrooms also have glass tiles.
The third king guest bedroom is to the left off the great room. Right across a short hallway is the third bathroom that has a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer and air conditioning. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and street parking is also available.

Parking notes: There is space for two small cars in the driveway. Driveway dimensions: 19ft (along sidewalk) x 7ft (left side of driveway) x 16 1/2ft (along garage) x 15 1/2ft (right side of driveway).
If your vehicle does not fit in the space and blocks the sidewalk, you will need to find street parking. Trash is on MONDAYS.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
