Summary: There was no one at the reception desk when I arrived. Two other people were waiting and said they had tried the phone number posted and had been there several minutes already. The room itself was very dark. The light bulbs were low wattage and there weren't many of them. The floor I was on was the lower floor, half a flight down from the street level. The tub in the bathroom was in poor shape.
