FABULOUS!! NEWLY REMODELED 4.5 BEDROOM 2.5 BATH 2000 SF
YEAR-ROUND ENJOYMENT!! SLEEPS 11
This gorgeous home was designed with entertaining in mind. Open floor plan with 2 family rooms. Brand new kitchen has white cabinets, stone countertops, huge walk-in pantry, coffee bar and a large dining room table that seats 8 perfect for dining or playing games. Entrance through the front of this home has a mud room to hang coats/hats and store your shoes/boots. The central area has vaulted ceilings and great room is open to the kitchen. Master King bedroom is downstairs with a private bath and an amazing walk-in custom tiled shower. 2nd King bed is downstairs along with the separate bathroom and laundry room. 1/2 BD with Trundle day bed room #5. 2 twin beds and a queen bed upstairs. Many comfy recliners downstairs to enjoy as well, plus a roll-a-way bed for a 11th person to sleep. Plenty of couch space as well.

Very sturdy, well made furniture with sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Well stocked kitchen with all the latest gadgets. How about round, golf ball shaped ice cubes! Double ovens, great for holiday cooking.

Nestled in Concho Valley, just 25 minutes East of Show Low and a short flight from Phoenix to Show Low airport. Many year-round activities to enjoy: Snow skiing, water skiing, jet skis, hiking and watercrafts at Lake Lyman State Park, hunting, fishing, UTV trails throughout the area, family holiday gatherings and cooler temperatures in the summer!

Summary: We go up north every 4th of July and usually stay at family’s but this year decided to find somewhere to rent. This was the best decision ever. This house was so clean and beautiful and set up for entertaining. They literally had everything you needed to have a fun vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and very spacious. All our children ranging from 3-18 yrs old had a blast. We will definitely be returning. Thank you
