The upstairs has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and a futon. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and boat hoist.
There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.
The house is conveniently located at the north end of the lake. The town of Honeoye is less than a five-minute drive away and features quaint restaurants and shops. The surrounding area has many things to see and do.
