Enjoy smores over a campfire, or relax inside curled up next to the wood stove reading your favorite book, or borrow one of ours. Two bedrooms have space for up to 4 guests. The lower level bedroom features a double bed with down comforter. The loft bedroom features a 2nd double bed with amazing views of the property.

Visit the nearby Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation area for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Deer hunting is permitted in season. Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash. Take your boat out on one of the nearby Finger Lakes.
Skiing is available at Bristol Mountain, Hunt Hollow, Harriet Hollister, Cumming Nature Center and a bit further at Letchworth. Snowshoeing, snowmobiling and other Winter activities abound in the area. Just ask for recommendations if you're unsure of where you can partake!
