The space
This is a TINY HOME (approx. 350 sq ft) so please understand that the space is small. The loft is not full height - it is a sleeping loft and has stairs to access it. You won't be able to stand up straight in the majority of the loft space. The photos are accurate of the space. If you do not like small spaces, please do not book this home as we want everyone to have a good experience.
Guest access
The whole tiny home. Grounds in front of the tiny home are accessible to guests. Please respect owners' privacy and do not access the grounds around the main house on the property.
Other things to note
Flat fee of $25-$50 (depending on size of item(s)) shipping fee for anything left behind that the guest would like returned.
Early check in and Late check out may be available for up to 2 hours before and after for a $50 fee per each request. For example, if a guest requests both early check in and late check out, the fee is $100.
PS - We do not allow outside guests/visitors on the premises (backyard or inside the house) at any time. This applies to local friends and family that you may be visiting. Please do not invite anyone who is not a part of your reservation over to our home. Thank you.
