Within easy walking distance you will find cafes and the Minnamurra train station. It is a 3 minute drive to the local IGA, liquor shop and takeaways. The Minnamurra River is literally on your doorstep and local amenities are a short walk or drive away. Configuration The cottage has an open plan kitchen living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a built in oven, induction cook top, microwave and dishwasher. The living area opens onto the outdoor undercover area. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with a walk in shower. Outdoors Riverside Cottage is directly on the Minnamurra River. Surf Beach and the bird sanctuary are across the river, and can be accessed via the sand bank at low tide. Heating and cooling There is underfloor heating and a combustion fire to keep you warm through the winter. The doors and windows have fly screens so you catch the breeze in the summer. Linen Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking There is under cover off street parking for one car.
