This home is one of the most well-known properties in Lavaca - the former Live Oak Grocery building built in 1915. Blending historical materials with modern aesthetics, this fully renovated home exudes modern elegance without losing its original charm. The large historic shop style windows allow the natural light to fill the spacious living area creating an inviting atmosphere. From the brick walls, stained concrete floors, beautiful, stained beams & cypress pillars to the high ceilings, polished quartz counter tops & gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors, this home is the perfect blend of original historical features meets sleek modern day industrial design. The large 2 car garage was completely remodeled & converted from it's original function as a dry cleaners in the early 1900's. Additional free on-street parking is available if needed. Please note: Although there are multiple antique doors that appear to enter the front of the home from the first floor of the property, only the single door entering from Sadie Street is functional. You can also park in the garage and enter the home through the back door into the laundry room.
The home boasts a total of five flat screen smart TV's in the living room and all main bedrooms - Internet enabled so you can log in to your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime accounts.
