Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great communication with the host and Ismael who met us at the property was great. We did have to pay a late check in fee as our flight was delayed but this is understandable as it was 11pm. The location was fantastic which made getting around Seville easy as all in walking distance to places of interest.

Negative: The bathroom was very small and was more like a cupboard under the stairs as we were In the ground floor studio. The air conditioning was extremely poor which we struggled with at night in temperatures of 30+. The ground floor studio had 1 tiny window with no natural light as it seemed to be out on to some sort of alley way. There was no kettle or complementary water or coffee/tee sachet. The bathroom was very small and had just been built under the stairs so was more like a cupboard than a bathroom. The ground floor studio was a noisy room as when other guests came in the lights came on shining through the door and the stairs leading up to the upper floors was separated by a glass blocked wall, we felt a little exposed at times! When I booked the apartment I did think that the room had a roof terrace, the property does but it is communal and up steep stairs. Cleanliness could do with improving but overall it was a cheap stay in a good location and we made the best of what it was. We wouldn’t stay again as we really struggled mainly with the AC but the bars, restaurants and the accessibility to seville was just what we wanted, just a shame we felt like we were staying in a very hot, basement.
