• We love our marble kitchen bench top but it needs TLC; which is why we prep on the SS bench.

• There are 10 steps (4 plus 6) from front foot path to house.

• Air conditioning upstairs only; we find that opening doors captures harbour breeze.

• It's an older home with original kauri floorboards in front of the home. They don't like stiletto heels.

• At different times of year; the palms drop their flower seeds and fronds.
