Exceptionally well-maintained and well-appointed house. Ocean views. Kitchen fully stocked and linens provided. Cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and A/C. Large deck with gas grill and dining set. Large, private backyard with picnic table. Outdoor shower. Five minute walk to Scarborough Beach, tennis courts and playground. Boating, kayaking, and fishing nearby. Short drive to Block Island Boat, 20 minutes to Historic Wickford, Jamestown, and Newport. Cable & Internet provided.

The House & Yard: This large, modern, fully-equipped home is perfect for families of up to ten members. It has a large, grassy, fenced-in yard for kids to play in. Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks as a group of 4 adults and 2 young kids. The 5 bedrooms worked out really well. The home is spotless. Well furnished, in a very nice neighborhood, and nicely kept grounds. Walk to Scarborough beach is about 15 minutes (3/4 mile). Central A/C, industrial washer / dryer, 3 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings. Much better than the average rental in Rhode Island. Owner communication was quick, accurate, and most pleasant. Hoping to return next year.
