Sea Pearl is situated in the middle of Boomerang Beach, on the high dune, overlooking the beach and the ocean beyond.
The home is spread over three levels and so does have quite a lot of stairs.
The top level encompasses open plan kitchen/living/dining, overlooking the ocean to the back and national park to the front.
The middle level has three bedrooms, each with access to the central garden. Two are queen bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms.
The third comprises 2 single beds and a set of bunks and, is serviced by the main bathroom which has a bath.
Two trundle beds, a cot and a high chair are available on request.
The bottom level consists of two car garaging and commercial fridge space.
There is beach access down steps from the garden.
Boomerang Beach is an easy 3 hour drive north of Sydney, situated in Pacific Palms in the Great Lakes Area of New South Wales.
With pristine beaches and beautiful lakes, fishing, snorkelling and surfing are just some of the activities available here.
There are lively cafes/restaurants, and a general store just a 10 minute walk away. For more serious shopping, there is a shopping centre in Forster which you can get to in 15 minutes in the car.
